Ingredients:
2 slices bacon
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup water
sprinkle of salt & pepper
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 head lettus
1 onion sliced into rings

Instructions:  Tear lettus in pieces and place with onions in a mixing bowl; set aside. Fry the bacon till crispy and set aside. Add vinegar, water, sugar, spices, salt, pepper, in the bacon grease. Bring to a boil and pour over the lettus and onions. Cover for 10 min and then drain the juice.
